Do You Offer Dog Waste Cleanup All Year Long?

Yes! Elite Pet Cleanup works all year in North County San Diego. Even in cooler months, we’ll still come to clean your yard. If there’s light rain, we can still scoop the poop and keep your yard nice.

How Do You Keep My Dogs Safe?

We care a lot about keeping you and your dogs safe at Elite Pet Cleanup! We clean our tools and shoes with a special disinfectant after every yard and wear new disposable shoe covers to stop germs from spreading. We also take a picture of your closed gate after each cleanup and upload it to your customer portal, so you know your pets won’t get out. Plus, all our team members are carefully checked to make sure they’re trustworthy.

How Much Does It Cost to Hire a Professional Pooper Scooper?

Elite Pet Cleanup offers comprehensive flat-fee plans starting at $40 per visit (billed monthly, or quarterly for 10% off). The price mainly depends on how personalized you want it to be. We also run occasional promotions – just ask!

Do I Have to Sign a Contract for Pooper Scooper Services?

Nope, no contracts! You can start, pause, or stop your Elite Pet Cleanup service anytime by using your customer portal or calling us. We make it easy for you!

How Do You Throw Away the Pet Waste?

We make sure to throw away pet waste the right way because dog poop can be harmful to the environment. We follow San Diego county laws and double-bag the poop and put it in your trash can.

Can You Clean with My Dog in the Yard?

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs around! But if your dog has ever been aggressive, we ask that you keep them inside during our visit. This keeps our team safe. If your dog acts aggressive toward us, we might ask you to put them inside or reschedule our visit.

Can I Pick a Specific Cleanup Day?

Yes, you can ask for a certain cleanup day! Not every day might be available, but we usually have 2 or 3 options to fit your schedule. Our Gold Plan also gives you priority scheduling to pick the two best days for you!

Do You Give Arrival Times?

We don’t give exact arrival times for our pooper scooper services. We plan our routes the night before to save time and keep costs low. But we’ll send you a text 60 minutes before we arrive, so you’ll know when we’re on the way!

What Happens If I Need an Extra Cleanup?

If you need an extra cleanup—like before a party—our Gold Plan includes emergency visits! Just let us know, and we’ll come make your yard perfect. If you’re on the Bronze or Silver Plans, you can add a one-time cleanup for $50.

Is the Deodorizer Spray Safe for My Kids and Pets?

Yes, our Deodorizer and Sanitization Spray is totally safe! It’s made to be safe for pets, people, plants, and grass. It kills bad germs and smells but won’t hurt your family or yard. It’s part of our Silver and Gold Plans, or you can add it to the Bronze Plan for $50 per application.

What If I Have More Than One Dog?

We don’t charge based on how many dogs you have—it’s a flat fee! Whether you have one dog or a whole bunch, the price stays the same.

Can You Help with Artificial Turf or Patios?

Yes, we can clean artificial turf, patios, and other surfaces! We scoop poop from any area with dog waste, and our Silver and Gold Plans’ deodorizer spray helps get rid of smells on all surfaces. It even sanitizes non-porous surfaces like artificial turf or sealed patios to keep them extra clean!

What If I’m Not Happy with the Cleanup?

We promise you’ll be happy with Elite Pet Cleanup! If something’s not right, just tell us, and we’ll come back to fix it for free. We want you to love your clean yard!

What Happens If You Skip a Service Because of Weather or Holidays?

If it’s too rainy or stormy to clean safely, we might need to skip your service—we’ll let you know right away! We also take off major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and July 4th. If we skip a day, we’ll do double duty and pick up twice the amount next time we visit, so we don’t offer refunds for missed cleanups.

How Will I Get Billed?

For our regular cleanup services, we charge for the whole month upfront and need all clients to keep a card on file for safe, automatic payments each month. Again, no contracts needed!

What Happens If I Miss a Payment?

If you miss a payment, we won’t be able to clean your yard until you catch up. You have 30 days to pay before we cancel your subscription. If we cancel, you might lose any special deals or offers you had, like grandfathered prices, so be sure to keep your payments up to date!
